About the Role

As a Property Management Team Leader, you will take ownership of a quality portfolio across Ascot and surrounding suburbs, delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants while working closely with our Property Management and Business Development teams.

You will have the autonomy to manage your portfolio with confidence, while being supported by experienced colleagues, innovative systems and a professional, data-driven environment.

This role would suit an experienced Property Manager who is looking for greater responsibility, professional growth and the opportunity to be part of a genuinely high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a property portfolio end-to-end with a high level of autonomy
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience, retention and portfolio performance
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to support portfolio growth




- Contribute your knowledge and experience to a collaborative, high-performing team
- Maintain a high level of compliance, organisation and attention to detail
- Take ownership of challenges and proactively find solutions

About You We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is confident, capable and ready to operate at a senior level. You will ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally in a senior capacity
- Strong knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation and best practice
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to mentor, support and positively influence those around you
- A professional and resilient approach to working in a fast-paced setting
- A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
