About the role

You’ll manage a well-maintained residential portfolio of carefully selected units, apartments and executive homes, with properties conveniently located close to our office.

You’ll also have dedicated support with many of the time-consuming tasks that can take over a property manager’s day.

That means more time to focus on your portfolio, your clients and delivering excellent service.

Your responsibilities will include

- End-to-end portfolio management

- Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants

- Rent reviews and lease renewals

- Arrears oversight

- Maintenance management

- Ensuring compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation





- Protecting and maximising the performance of your owners’ investments

Our systems

We believe good technology and processes make property management easier and more efficient.

Our key platforms include

- Reapit PM & Lettings – property management and leasing





- Inspection Manager – inspections and reporting

- Microsoft Outlook – email and communication

Previous experience with Reapit would be an advantage, but it’s certainly not essential. If you’re confident using property management software and comfortable learning new systems, we’ll support you through the transition.

About you

We’re looking for someone who knows property management, is confident managing their own portfolio and genuinely enjoys working as part of a team.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- A minimum of 3 years’ end-to-end Property Management experience
- A current Queensland Certificate of Registration

- Strong knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and trades

- Strong attention to detail
- A positive, practical approach
- A good sense of humour—property management experience tells us this helps!

- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term client relationships
