The Role

Your focus is on managing the portfolio and looking after your landlords and tenants,not running around doing every task yourself. You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing tenancy issues and resolving problems as they arise
- Providing landlords with rental and market advice
- Working with contractors and trades
- Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant with current legislation

The Candidate

- Minimum 1 year Property Management experience
- Experience managing your own portfolio highly regarded
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Good knowledge of QLD property management legislation
- Strong organisation and follow-up
- A positive, practical approach when things don’t go to plan
