Role Description The Property Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility to work from home for some responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing tenancy applications, coordinating lease signings and renewals, and handling routine and urgent maintenance requests.

The role involves conducting property inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

The Property

Manager will communicate regularly with owners and residents, resolve issues professionally, and support efficient arrears management and rent reviews.



This position requires collaboration with internal team members and external contractors to ensure high-quality service and smooth property operations.

Qualifications

- Strong property management skills, including lease administration, tenancy management, and knowledge of residential tenancy legislation.
- Proficiency in property management software, general computer literacy, and accurate record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with property owners, residents, and contractors.
- Solid time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, outcome-focused service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant real estate or property management certification/licence in QLD (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
- Previous experience in residential property management or a related real estate role is highly beneficial.
