We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our professional team based in inner Brisbane. You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio with strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of a quality portfolio, supported by efficient systems and a friendly team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of residential property management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Handle arrears, lease renewals, and documentation
- Represent the business professionally at all times
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Confident using property management software (eg PropertyMe, or similar)
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
