Hours: Casual Part-Time (8 hours/week | 2 days x 4 hours | Flexible schedule)

The Prospect

We are seeking a self-motivated, autonomous Property Manager & Partnerships Coordinator to drive our Melbourne footprint. This role offers a 50/50 mix of operational management and agency growth, with potential to scale into a permanent, expanded position as local volume grows.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration (~50%)

- Coordinate and schedule routine property inspection bookings.
- Quality-check detailed inspection reports from local contractors prior to client delivery.
- Support the Melbourne field contractor team. Provide training to the team twice a year.

Sales & Business Development (~50%)

- Execute cold outreach (phone/email)



to local Property Managers and Real Estate Agencies.
- Conduct in-person agency visits across Melbourne (travel reimbursed).
- Work with our marketing team to support social media campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

- Real Estate Background: Solid experience in Real Estate- Property Management.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with inspection software (e.g., Inspection Express or similar platforms).
- Growth Mindset: Proven track record in outreach, sales, or operational leadership.
- Self-Starter: High accountability, independent problem-solving, and strong organization.
- Languages: Fluent English required (additional languages such as Vietnamese or Chinese are a plus but not required).
