Property Manager is now hiring (No Agent, thanks)

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Managing existing property profile end to end include Sat open homes

- Communicate between landlords, tenants and other related parties.

- Attending inspections (open, in/out/routine)

- Attending tribunal if needed

- Trust accounting

- Paperwork (Agency/Tenancy agreements etc.)

- Generate new listings through emails and phone calls

The successful applicant for this position must possess:

- Certificate of Registration or License

- 5 years property manager experience

- Demonstrates enthusiasm to learn and has a positive mindset

- Excellent organisation skills and time management

- Valid driver's license & car

- Well dressed professionally

- Solid communication skills & good verbal skills in writing
