The Opportunity

Coordinate property inspections, acoustic treatments and remediation for owners affected by major infrastructure works.

Your Work

- Oversee treatment packages from initial inspections to completion and provide practical constructability input.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, councils and utilities and respond professionally to owner enquiries.
- Manage subcontract performance, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Track budgets, schedules, payment claims, approvals and contractual hold points.
- Maintain reliable property records in GIS, SharePoint and project systems and support condition surveys.

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

- Experience in property interfaces, construction, infrastructure, project management or contract administration.




- Ability to coordinate contractors and communicate confidently with owners, consultants and authorities.
- Commercial and administrative skills across budgets, contracts, programmes and claims.
- Practical understanding of construction methods and site delivery.
- Organisation and tact when handling sensitive enquiries and complaints.
- Residential retrofit and acoustic-treatment experience is highly desirable.
