Looking for a private practice where you can focus on clients rather than chasing referrals, doing admin or marketing yourself? That also has a friendly and welcoming team? Affinity Therapy is looking for a Registered Psychologist to join our growing team in Heidelberg.

About Us

At Affinity Therapy, we’re building a practice that feels accessible, warm, and human. We believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy, clinical, or cold. Our team shows up as their whole selves, creating a space where clients can feel comfortable doing the same. We value warmth, honesty, humour, and genuine connection — both in the therapy room and within our team.

Whether you're newly registered, an experienced psychologist, or completing your Clinical Registrar Program, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll have the opportunity to work with NDIS, Medicare and privately funded clients, with flexibility to build a caseload that aligns with your interests, experience, and preferred client presentations. - The opportunity to work with client presentations you feel passionate about
- Telehealth infrastructure to support flexible service delivery
- Admin, marketing and intake support,

so you can focus on clinical work
- Peer supervision and Board-approved supervision
- A warm, cooperative team that values authenticity, humour and genuine connection
- The opportunity to grow with a practice that is committed to making psychological support feel more accessible and human

You will:

Why Affinity Therapy? We're building a practice where psychologists can do good clinical work without feeling like they're constantly running a business on the side. You won't be expected to simply fill a diary and move on to the next client. We want psychologists who care about their work, value genuine therapeutic relationships and want to be part of a supportive team.

If you're looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a practice that actually supports you, we'd love to hear from you.
