Do your best work in a practice that genuinely cares for both clients and clinicians. At Bloom Well-being, we believe healing happens through safe, authentic relationships - and that starts with the people who work here.

We're a specialist trauma therapy practice supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from our beautiful clinic in Creswick, as well as via telehealth. Our team brings expertise across complex trauma, EMDR, neurodivergence, domestic and family violence, and relationship therapy, working together in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We're looking for a registered Psychologist who shares our commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed care and wants to be part of a practice where qualified growth and clinician wellbeing are genuinely valued.

Why Bloom? This is more than a place to see clients—it's a place where you'll be supported to thrive.

At Bloom you'll enjoy:

- A warm, welcoming and values-driven team culture.
- A genuinely trauma-informed workplace that shapes how we support both clients and each other.
- Regular clinical supervision and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
- Flexibility to work full-time, part-time or in a contract capacity.
- Beautiful consulting rooms in the heart of Creswick, with telehealth options available.
- Administrative support so you can focus on delivering quality care.
- A collaborative team that values authenticity, curiosity and continuous learning.

About the Role

You'll provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy to clients experiencing a range of presentations, including trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence,

relationship challenges and other mental health concerns. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll:

- Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide holistic care.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development.

About You We're looking for someone who is:

- Registered as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Experienced in trauma-informed practice, or passionate about developing in this area.
- EMDR trained or interested in undertaking EMDR training.
- Committed to ethical, client-centred practice.
- A collaborative clinician who enjoys working within a supportive team.
- Aligned with neuro-affirming, strengths-based and client-led approaches.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted working rights in Australia.
