/n Ark Energy is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to support purchasing and procurement activities across the business. /n Reporting to the Senior Procurement and Contracts Specialist, this role will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and compliant procurement of goods and services. The position is responsible for supporting purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, RFQs and other procure-to-pay activities while maintaining accurate procurement records and supporting procurement governance requirements The Role/n Working closely with Finance and stakeholders across the business, the Purchasing Officer supports the end-to-end purchasing process and contributes to the effective delivery of business and project outcomes. /n The role is responsible for administering purchasing transactions within SAP S/4HANA, coordinating supplier information and quotations, maintaining procurement records and supporting compliance with procurement policies, delegated authorities and company procedures Key Responsibilities/n /n

- Process and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders within SAP S/4HANA.

/n

- Maintain supplier and vendor master records and support supplier onboarding activities.

/n

- Coordinate RFQs and obtain supplier quotations in accordance with procurement requirements.

/n

- Process goods receipts and service entry sheets and maintain accurate procure-to-pay records.

/n

- Monitor purchasing commitments, supplier deliveries and outstanding purchase orders.

/n

- Support procurement governance, compliance and record management activities.

/n





- Work with Finance, Accounts Payable and business stakeholders to resolve purchasing and invoice-related queries.

/n

- Prepare procurement reports and support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.

/n About You/n You are an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working with systems, processes and stakeholders to achieve efficient business outcomes. /n You have strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a structured environment and take pride in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with established processes. You build positive working relationships and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders. To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have/n /n

- Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, finance administration or a similar business support role.

/n

- Experience processing purchase orders, supplier transactions and procurement documentation.

/n

- Experience using ERP systems, with SAP S/4HANA experience highly regarded.

/n

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

/n

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

/n





- Sound analytical and problem-solving capability.

/n

- Experience supporting procurement, RFQ administration or contract administration activities is desirable.

/n

- Exposure to construction, infrastructure, mining, utilities or industrial environments is advantageous.

/n

- To Be able to work from the Brisbane office 4 days per week
