We have a great opportunity available for an Admin and Purchasing Support Coordinator to join our Melbourne Head Office. A motivated self-starter you will be able to take a task and complete it from start to finish. With significant growth planned there will be pathways for career progression for the right person.

A typical day will include:

- Provide a high level of customer service and administrative support to the purchasing team.
- Respond to pricing requests, ETA’s and follow up on back orders
- Accurate and timely processing of customer sales orders
- Maintenance of product pricing and associated marketing information
- Work with Management to monitor vendor rebates & claims
- Work closely with Product Managers regarding stock including ordering, forecasting, stock transfers and stock write downs
- SKU creation and content




- Help drive the product and brand strategies
- Compile documentation and write tender submissions
- Weekly and Monthly Reporting

Desirable skills for the position are:
- Previous experience in a purchasing or Admin role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
- Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in dealing with people over the phone
- Robust time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Capacity to work with a team who have a focus on maximising purchasing outcomes
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the market
- Previous experience in a similar product or technical sales role is advantageous
