Multiple Positions Open | Urgent Hiring – Qualified Bakers & Baker’s Assistants | Monday–Friday

Pay Rates

- Qualified Bakers: $68,000 – $80,000 per year
- Baker’s Assistants: $32.18 per hour casual rate
- Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Weekends: Off
- Additional Benefits: Free on-site parking + free buns and bread to take home.

As a Qualified Baker, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and producing bread, buns and other bakery products
- Following recipes, production schedules and quality standards
- Operating and monitoring bakery equipment
- Mixing, shaping, proofing and baking products
- Maintaining a clean and organised production area
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a production team
- Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation

As a Baker’s Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting Bakers with daily bakery production
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with mixing and preparation
- Helping with ovens and bakery equipment
- Cleaning trays and putting products into racks
- Loading and unloading bakery racks
- Cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures




- Assisting with general bakery production duties

What We're Looking For
- For Qualified Bakers: relevant baking qualification and previous commercial bakery experience are MUST
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
- Team player with positive communication skills
- Previous bakery, food manufacturing or kitchen experience is advantageous for Baker’s Assistants
- Training can be provided for the right Baker’s Assistant candidate
