About the business

We are a growing operation working from brand-new premises in Milperra and are looking for an experienced Qualified Butcher to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a butcher who wants stable weekday work, no Saturdays and strong earning potential.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced butcher to assist with day-to-day butchery and production.

Importantly, this is NOT a heavy breakup role. You will be working in a new, clean and contemporary facility with a focus on quality, consistency and efficient production.

About you

You will ideally have

- A recognised butcher qualification

- Previous commercial butchery experience

- Good knife skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently and independently
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

- Good hygiene and food-handling standards
- The ability to work well within a team

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term position, not just a short-term job.
