Asmbl (Torbarina Holdings Pty Ltd) is a custom joinery and fitout business in Mitchell ACT, building high-end cabinetry for residential and commercial clients across Canberra — kitchens, wardrobes and architectural joinery, including work commended at the ACT Architecture Awards. We’re a small, tight crew where everyone does everything. The workshop runs on a Biesse Rover CNC with Mozaik CAD/CAM and a dedicated draftsman producing the drawings — parts come off the machine cut and labelled, so your time goes into the trade, not fighting the process.

We run the shop on continuous improvement: the first 30 minutes of every day goes to making the place better, and everyone participates, including the boss.

The role: Cabinet assembly, hardware fitting and finishing to a high standard

Setting out, machining and edgebanding of custom components





Site installations and fitting across Canberra — client-facing work

Working accurately from drawings and specifications

Working alongside and guiding our apprentices Requirements: Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent trade qualification) — fully qualified, essential

Solid workshop and installation experience

Current driver’s licence (site work)
