The Carrington Hotel Katoomba is hiring a Full time Allrounder Chef role in Katoomba, NSW. Apply now to be part of our team.

Requirements for this role:

- Flexible hours available
- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
- Expected salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

We are looking for two qualified Chefs to join team at the Old City Bank and Carrington Hotel. You will be a hands-on chef with a focus on quality and consistency. Your passion for creating superior meals will see you deliver the best dining experience in Katoomba.

About You

- Qualified Chef with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

- Ability to drive and maintain high and consistent food standards.

- Seasonal menu development and costings.

- Stock control.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced kitchen.





- Attention to detail and great time management.

- Ensure kitchen safety & cleanliness standards are consistently adhered to.

- Knowledge and implantation of WH&S; and Food Safety Practices.

- Competent with Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook).
