Skillset is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Welder/Fabricator for a well-established Dubbo business delivering quality workmanship across the Central West.

This is a secure, permanent opportunity offering quality equipment, monthly RDOs, regular overtime and a supportive workshop team. If you take pride in precise, reliable work and enjoy variety, this could be your next long-term move.

About You

You’re a trade-qualified professional who takes pride in getting the details right. Dependable, safety-conscious and adaptable, you work confidently across varied fabrication tasks and consistently deliver to a high standard.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Trade qualification in Fabrication, Boilermaking or Welding
- Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Current Driver Licence
- Positive attitude, reliability and a robust work ethic
- Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential

Key Responsibilities

- Complete welding and fabrication work across a variety of projects
- Fabricate and assemble components from technical drawings
- Work with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Carry out repairs,



modifications and general workshop tasks
- Safely operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment
- Keep the workshop safe, clean and organised
