Due to continued growth into the global market, we are significantly expanding our production capacity and require an enthusiastic QA-Associate to join our QA team.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct Document Control functions, including document formatting, review coordination, issuing, archiving, document distribution and management of controlled copies.
- Manage Goods Inwards activities, including receipt, sampling, inspection, release, storage and inventory control of materials.
- Perform hands-on warehouse tasks such as handling, labelling and organising boxes and materials.
- Liaise with Production on material allocation, reconciliation and availability to support manufacturing requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve material quality issues.
- Participate in the continuous management and improvement of the Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS), including documentation control, internal audits and quality system activities.
Skills & experience
- Experience in a GMP production facility or quality-controlled environment is advantageous.
- Experience in Goods Inwards, warehouse operations, document control or quality systems is desirable.
- High attention to detail,
accuracy and valuable eyesight.
- Computer literacy including Word, Excel and database systems; Microsoft Access knowledge is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and confidence liaising with internal teams and suppliers.
- Must be physically fit to lift boxes and walk around on a daily basis.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support both warehouse and quality system activities.
