/n RSA is seeking an experienced Quarry Sales Manager to join our established Quarry operations across the Western Downs region, based just outside of Dalby, QLD. /n /n This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth across RSA’s established quarry operations, building enduring client relationships and identifying new opportunities in a growing regional market. /n /n Working a 5:2 roster, you’ll enjoy the ability to return home each night, keeping your weekends free. *Accommodation options are available if travelling from outside the local area. /n /n About the Role /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n

- Generating sales leads and recent business opportunities for quarry products

/n

- Identifying opportunities for business improvement and strategic growth

/n

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding client needs and proposing suitable products and solutions

/n

- Negotiating pricing, contracts and commercial agreements

/n

- Collaborating with operational management to meet client requirements

/n

- Assisting with tenders, contracts and production forecasting

/n

- Coordinating client orders, deliveries and material requirements

/n

- Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge

/n

- Contributing to sales targets, business growth and operational success

/n /n /n What You Bring /n /n

- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably within quarrying, construction or aggregates

/n

- Strong knowledge of quarry products, construction materials and local markets

/n

- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills

/n

- Strong commercial acumen, including contract management, pricing and forecasting

/n

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales, revenue and margin targets

/n

- Strong stakeholder management,



relationship-building and business development skills

/n

- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with quarry operations, production and transport teams

/n

- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive

/n

- Current, unrestricted Driver’s Licence
