The Opportunity

Lead multidisciplinary rail signalling and communications works across Pilbara sites on a 14-days-on, seven-days-off FIFO roster.

Your Work

- Direct supervisors, crews and contractors and allocate labour, plant, materials and equipment.
- Plan construction, monitor progress and implement recovery actions.
- Lead safety briefings, inspections and incident responses and manage environmental and delivery risks.
- Coordinate engineering, commercial and operational interfaces and resolve technical issues.
- Oversee testing, defect rectification and handover and support claims, variations, forecasts and resource planning.

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

- At least five years in a comparable construction role.
- Electrical A-grade licence and experience as an electrical nominee.
- Relevant construction-management qualification,



trade qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Substantial rail, civil, mining, industrial or infrastructure delivery experience.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary crews and contractors and solid safety, programme and resource-management skills.
- Current Western Australian driver licence.
- Pilbara rail-network exposure, investigation training, first aid and project-management certification are valued.
