About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PM Rail Container Scheduler to join our team on a full-time position based near Perth Airport.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all inbound and outbound rail container movements, ensuring the efficient movement of containers between rail terminals, distribution centres (DCs) and customer sites throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Working closely with customers, rail terminals and drivers, you will manage daily schedules, coordinate container deliveries and pickups, monitor movements and respond to changing priorities to keep operations running smoothly.

About You To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous Experience coordinating inbound and outbound rail container movements
- Strong knowledge of container logistics and Perth metropolitan transport operations




- Proven ability to schedule container deliveries and pickups between rail terminals, DCs and customer sites
- Experience liaising with customers, rail terminals, transport operators and drivers to coordinate daily movements
- Ability to monitor schedules, manage delays and adjust plans as operational requirements change
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to do 12PM-8PM or 1PM-9PM Monday to Friday
