Your Experience and Expertise

- You are an experienced commercial property lawyer, with a broad practice including acquisitions and divestments, development and leasing

- You have experience in securing, negotiating and documenting property rights (eg. land acquisition, easements, potential compulsory acquisitions)

- You have experience dealing with landholders and titles
- The ability to provide timely, commercial legal advice on complex real estate matters including leasing, development, construction, property management and other asset-related issues

- You are experienced in managing and resolving legal issues, including engagement with tenants, contractors and other external stakeholders

- You have the ability to build and manage solid working relationships with senior executives and other key internal stakeholders

- You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years' experience
- A current Australian practising certificate

- Right to live and work in Australia
