We are searching for an organised, enthusiastic and customer-focused person to join our team as a Reception & Sales Support Team Member.

You will be the first person many of our customers meet, helping create a welcoming experience while keeping communication, customer information and consultant support moving smoothly behind the scenes.

More than a traditional reception role, this position provides a genuine introduction to the travel industry and the opportunity to develop toward becoming a Travel Consultant.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming customers and assisting with initial enquiries
- Answering calls, managing messages and monitoring store emails
- Coordinating customer appointments
- Supporting consultants with documents, booking information and administration
- Updating customer profiles, enquiries, passport details and loyalty information
- Contacting suppliers for information and documentation
- Saving and maintaining booking records
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, events and customer database activity




- Keeping the reception and retail environment organised and professional
- Building your travel knowledge through training and supplier events
