Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator | Full Time | Norwest HQ

Balance Health and Performance · Norwest NSW 2153 (with travel to Belrose and Alexandria as needed)

We’re looking for an experienced Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our Norwest HQ. You’ll create a warm welcome for every patient, keep our clinicians’ days running smoothly, and help us deliver the kind of care that keeps people coming back.

What the role involves

- Welcoming patients in person and over the phone and making every interaction feel personal
- Managing clinician diaries, bookings, rescheduling and waitlists to keep schedules full and flowing
- Processing payments, health fund claims and invoicing, including workers compensation and CTP accounts
- Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email and SMS
- Keeping patient records accurate and supporting our clinical admin workflows
- Working alongside our clinicians and management on day-to-day clinic operations
- Supporting our Belrose and Alexandria clinics when coverage is needed
- Engaging in company initiatives, including training and team days

Conditions of the position

- Salary: $70,000 + superannuation
- Hours: 38 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. If you’d prefer a shorter weekday, there’s the option to work a Saturday morning instead.
- Location: Based at our Norwest HQ, with travel to Belrose (2085) or Alexandria (2015) as needed

What we’re looking for

- Previous reception or front-of-house experience, ideally in allied health,



medical or a similar client-facing setting
- Confidence with practice management software (Splose experience is a bonus)
- Experience with health fund, workers compensation or CTP billing (highly regarded)
- A warm, calm and professional manner, even on the busiest days
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Flexibility to travel between our clinics when required
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
