About the Role:

As our receptionist, you’ll be the face of the practice, welcoming patients and ensuring their experience is smooth and positive from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly manner
- Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS payments
- Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders
- Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handling general administration tasks, including email correspondence

About You:

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and professionalism to everything they do. You’ll need to be:

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
- Friendly, approachable and a outstanding communicator
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with work arrangements
- A proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable using technology and managing administrative processes




- Able to travel between branches as needed (own transport and valid license required)

Position Details:

- 5 days per week
- Casual or permanent opportunities available
- Primarily based at Loganholme
- Occasional travel between Southside practices required
- No late nights or weekends
- Work-life balance is important to us
