This is a dual‑position role that supports both Reception and Food & Beverage operations. You’ll be the welcoming face of the retreat, assisting guests from check‑in to check‑out, while also providing high‑quality service in our restaurant and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities

Reception

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservation enquiries
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest requests professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide local information and assist with guest itineraries

Food & Beverage

- Serve guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
- Take orders, deliver meals, and maintain a clean dining setting
- Assist with bar service (training provided if required)
- Set up and pack down dining areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

- Reliability, professionalism, and a team‑focused mindset
- Previous hospitality or reception experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Availability for a mix of weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods
