About the Role

We are seeking a warm, highly organised, and professional Receptionist to oversee all reception services including telephone management, accommodation bookings, security and concierge services at The Weld Club, a prestigious private Club located in the Perth CBD. In this role, you are vital in representing the Club's high standards of service and providing critical administrative support to other departments.

This is a Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm full time salary position. No requirment to work weekends, public holidays or over the Chridtmas/New Year period.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet, welcome, and direct members & guests. Check in and departure of those staying in residence.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls. Take detailed messages and provide accurate information via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, typing menus, place cards and guest lists. Arranging letters of introduction to other clubs as required.
- Receive and process accommodation and dining room reservations,



including reciprocal club reservations for members.
- Assist the Financial Controller with invoicing.
- Generate daily and end of month accommodation reports and statistics for other departments and management.

About you

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or other Front Office role in the hospitality sector.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, accommodation reserviation systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Solid time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills with solid attention to detail.
- A polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Certifications in Office Administration and Hospitality experience is ideal.
- High standard of grooming.
