About the Role

- Be the go-to person for incoming calls, emails, and guest enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service every time.
- Manage reservations, confirmations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all guest information is up to date.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues where required.
- Assist with administration tasks and support the management team with daily operations.
- Process payments and reconcile guest accounts accurately.

About You

- A warm, positive, and professional attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in a hotel, motel, hospitality, or customer service environment is highly regarded.
- Experience with reservation systems and general computer programs is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays when required.
