We are innovative, progressive and committed to making a positive difference in our communities in which we operate.

At ETC, you’ll be welcomed into a caring, purpose driven organisation where our staff feel valued and heard. You will receive supportive leadership, flexible working options and meaningful development to empower you to make a real difference — and to grow while doing it.

We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Recruitment Advisor within our Helensvale and Coomera offices.

We aren't just looking for employment services veterans. If you are a natural networker from retail management, hospitality, real estate, sales, community services, or another people-focused industry, your transferable skills are exactly what we need.

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor

Forget traditional recruitment. As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating meaningful employment opportunities by connecting local businesses with talented job seekers, helping both succeed and grow.

You'll celebrate every success, knowing that each placement has the potential to transform a person's confidence, financial independence, and future.

No two days are the same. You'll be building employer relationships, uncovering hidden job opportunities, supporting customers to achieve their goals, and managing multiple priorities, all while remaining focused on creating meaningful outcomes for the people and communities we serve.

Success in this role comes from being resilient, adaptable, and relationship-focused. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple priorities, and genuinely care about helping people overcome barriers and realise their potential.
