We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor who knows how to partner with leaders, influence outcomes and build recruitment approaches that actually work. Someone who understands that great recruitment is finding the right balance between the person and their skills. This role will specifically support recruitment for our continued growth within the Children & Young People Pathway

This role is a fixed term contract until June 2027 with immediate start available. (Potential for permanence)

What you'll own:

- End to end recruitment across multiple complex and rewarding pathways, from drafting job ads to onboarding

- Proactive sourcing, talent pooling and the ability to think outside the box

- Implementing smarter recruitment processes through creative approaches

- Evolving our employer brand and talent pipeline to support upcoming growth

- Delivery of outstanding candidate experience every time

- Multiple vacancies across our diverse and widespread organisation

About you:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment





- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders

- Proactive and solutions focussed with the ability to manage the process both independently and collaboratively with the broader team

- Genuine passion for recruitment and delivering outcomes

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established systems and processes

- Willingness to share your knowledge and the confidence to bring current ideas to the table

- Ability to think outside the box and a creative mindset

- Excellent intuition and the confidence to challenge assumptions

- Experience hiring support workers or related field will be highly regarded
