On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Recruitment Consultant.

The role will be responsible for 360 recruitment process from start to finish.

The daily duties and responsibilities include:

- Working as a 360-recruitment consultant, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
- Preparing and processing applications, verification of details, reference checking and managing client interviewing process.
- Appraisal of suitability for current live positions.
- Account managing and developing recent client relationship.
- Managing induction and onboarding of staff and provide information on the condition of service, pay rates, and interpreting relevant Fair Work legislations awards for work conditions and salaries
- Updating the employers and jobseekers on job vacancies




- Supporting the managing director and branches with any ad hoc duties where appropriate.

Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.

- 2 years of Industry experience as a 360-degree recruitment consultant
- Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong decision-making skills
- People orientated

Salary: Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $80,000 - 110,000
