Drive Personnel is a leading service provider in WA's Mining, infrastructure, resources, renewable energies and construction sectors. With a diversified client base across Maintenance shutdowns, Mechanical, Cranes & Rigging, Civil Construction, Green Energy , FRP & Remedial Sectors.

We are seeking a well seasoned Blue collar recruitement/Scheduler lead to support our Cranes, Rigging and Transport division. By leading the recruitment process and top notch delivery to our valued clients you will be responsible be reporting to the CRT division manager and recieving support from the CRT team consisting of 3 other team members

- High volume recruitment (lots of calls) following leads from platforms such as seek,linkedin, refferals, various other job boards or platforms that you bring to the table
- Scheduling of our existing pool of casual and fulltime workers 150-200 personnel utilising our highly functional workforce management system




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work seamlessly with our mobilisation department in ensuring candidates submitted to clients have validated working rights + compliances for the job
- Ability to build solid relationships and or hold exisiting relationships with active suitable candidates that fit isnide your portfolio
- Highly focused and resilient, The blue collar market is tough, the right candidate must have the ability to work under pressure
- Customer and caniddate care, we deliver quality our people are our clients success
- Crane's and rigging knowledge is Highly advantageous
- Other tasks including 360 recruitment is required in this team environement, we work together
