Australia Network Services Pty Ltd (ANS) is a Sydney-based recruitment and workforce solutions company. We are seeking Independent Recruitment Partners and Candidate Referral Agents with strong connections to Sri Lankan and Bangladeshi communities in Australia or overseas.

We welcome individuals and businesses who can introduce suitable skilled workers through their community, professional or recruitment networks.

About the Opportunity

This is an independent, commission-based partnership opportunity, not a standard salaried employment position.

The role focuses on candidate sourcing, recruitment referrals and basic coordination support. Commercial terms will be discussed depending on the type, quality and volume of candidate referrals or business opportunities introduced.

What You Will Do

- Source and refer suitable skilled candidates to ANS
- Conduct basic candidate screening
- Assist with collecting resumes, passports, qualifications and relevant work documents
- Coordinate candidate communication and document signing where required
- Keep ANS updated on candidate progress
- Introduce potential employers or business opportunities where applicable

Who We Are Looking For

We particularly welcome applications from:

- Recruitment consultants and education agents with candidate networks in Sri Lanka or Bangladesh
- Community connectors with access to Sri Lankan or Bangladeshi skilled workers in Australia
- Business consultants and independent referral partners
- Individuals or businesses with strong local or international candidate networks

Established connections with Sri Lankan or Bangladeshi candidate networks are highly valued. Experience working with overseas skilled workers is also highly regarded.

Requirements

- Strong candidate network in Australia or overseas
- Reliable communication skills
- Good organization and follow-up ability
- Ability to assist with basic candidate screening and document collection
- Experience in recruitment, education consulting, migration-related support or business referrals will be highly regarded
