We're Looking ForA people focused community operations leader who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive strong financial performance, and lead high performing teams across a portfolio of lifestyle communities.

What You'll Do

- Lead a portfolio of lifestyle communities, driving operational excellence and home owner satisfaction.
- Manage community performance, budgets, forecasting and business planning.
- Lead and develop the Community Management team across your region.
- Build strong relationships with home owners, partners and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver optimal business outcomes.
- Deliver property improvement, ESG and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, safety requirements and company policies.
- Identify and manage operational risks while driving continuous improvement.
- Champion a high performance, customer focused culture.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Leading operations within hospitality, hotel managment, retirment living, lifestlye communities,



holiday parks, residential communities or similar customer focused environments.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with a track record of developing high performing teams in various geographic locations.
- Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship building capability.
- Experience managing a portfolio of assets preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications preferred.
