Regional Manager – Disability and Aged Care Services

Location: Darwin, Northern Territory

AGAPI Care is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting older Australians, people with disability, carers and culturally diverse communities to live independently, safely and with dignity. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager – NT to lead the delivery, growth and quality of our disability and aged care services across the Northern Territory.

The leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of AGAPI Care’s Disability and Aged Care services in Darwin, NT, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that enables vulnerable people to remain living independently.

Working closely with the Executive team, the National Manager, clients, families, staff, health professionals and community stakeholders, you will provide strong leadership while driving service excellence, compliance, workforce development and sustainable growth. Your contribution will help ensure that every person receiving our services experiences care that is compassionate, culturally responsive and truly person-centred.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the delivery of high-quality Home Care and Community Aged Care services.

· Manage service operations, care planning, rostering, budgets and workforce performance.

· Provide leadership, mentoring and support to multidisciplinary teams.

· Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and organisations policies

· Build strong relationships with clients, families,



referral partners and community stakeholders.

· Drive continuous improvement, innovation and service growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

· A tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Human Services, Nursing, Social Work, Allied Health, Business Management, or a related discipline.

· Minimum (5) years’ experience in a leadership role within the Aged Care, Disability, health, community services, or not-for-profit sector.

· Demonstrated experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing complex service operations.

· Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards,



NDIS Practice Standards, regulatory compliance and person-centred service delivery.

· Proven success in strategic planning, operational management, stakeholder engagement and business growth.

· Postgraduate qualifications in Leadership, Management, Health Administration or Business will be highly regarded.

· Current Drivers Licence, National Police Check and relevant screening clearances.
