Healthcare Heroes is looking for a female Registered Nurse (client's request) to support Home Care and NDIS clients living at home with:
-Nursing assessments
-Continence assessments
-Chronic disease management
-Catheter care and insertion
-Safety and wellbeing checks
-Wound management
-In-home support
-Daily household tasks
-Community access and social supports.
Qualifications required
-AHPRA registered RN/EN eligible to work in Australia
-All NDIS checks
-Fully insured vehicle essential for commuting to and from client appointments
-The shifts are generally Tuesdays starting 0700hrs to 1600hrs
-More days/hours may be available for the right candidate
Must be willing to travel throughout the day to attend several clients at different locations.
