We are passionate about what we do, and we aim to go above and beyond to ensure that our participants receive person-centred services that meet their needs. /n /n Job Summary: /n We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse or an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Somerville, VIC on a casual basis. /n /n The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to participants in both community healthcare settings and high-care environments.
Responsibilities include participant care assistance, medication administration, wound care, and clinical progress monitoring. /n /n Responsibilities: /n /n
- Provide nursing care across various healthcare settings.
/n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
/n
- Monitor participant progress and report to Nurse Manager and NDIS Operations Manager
/n
- Assist in participant assessments and care plan development.
/n
- Offer emotional support to participants and families.
/n
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
/n
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
/n
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
/n /n Qualifications: /n /n
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in nursing
/n
- AHPRA Registration (if applicable)
/n
- 2-3 years’ experience as Nurse
/n
- Solid background in Wound Care
/n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/n
- Effective team player.
/n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
/n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
/n
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
/n
- Experience in community nursing preferred.
