/n /n /n About this Expression of Interest /n We are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified Registered Nurses seeking future opportunities within our clinical services across all five clinic locations: Windsor, Cairns, Rockhampton, Toowoomba and Ipswich. /n /n This EOI process will help us build a talent pool of professionals who may be considered for upcoming vacancies, which may include casual, permanent, or fixed-term opportunities. /n /n /n About the role /n We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (Enrolled Nurses are encouraged to apply) who aligns with our values of respect, courage, partnership, and excellence to join our team. /n /n In this role, you will deliver specialised, high-quality sexual and reproductive health care while building respectful and trusting relationships with clients. You will work with autonomy and professionalism, supported by a collaborative team focused on achieving the best possible health outcomes. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n Deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality nursing care, taking accountability for your professional conduct and clinical practice /n /n





- Provide specialised nursing care in sexual and reproductive health in line with True’s philosophy and standards

- Practice in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) codes and standards, Clinical Practice Guidelines, and organisational policies

/n

- Contribute to high-quality clinical service delivery and positive client outcomes

/n

- Collaborate with the Senior Nursing Officer to support clinical leadership and best practice

/n

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and assurance activities

/n

- Identify areas for improvement in policies and procedures and contribute to their development and review

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia (Enrolled Nurses also encouraged to apply)
