Join our team and help provide high-quality, client-focused care as part of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program. /n /n About the Role /n /n In this role, you will: /n /n • Deliver holistic, person-centred nursing care to eligible DVA clients. /n /n • Support veterans to maintain their independence and quality of life at home. /n /n • Provide comprehensive assessments, care planning, and monitoring. /n /n • Administer medications, manage wound care, and provide health education. /n /n • Document care in accordance with DVA and professional standards. /n /n • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. /n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n /n To be successful in this role, you will need:
