We’re growing quick, and we’re hiring multiple Course Sales Consultants to join our sales teams selling into the Australian and Canadian markets.

This role is for proven sales professionals. If you’ve worked in telesales, inbound sales, a contact centre or any target-driven sales role and you know how to close on the phone, we want to talk to you. You don’t need any industry background. We’ll teach you the product, and you bring the sales skill.

Duties & Responsibilities

This is a phone-based sales role, but it's very relationship driven. The people who do well here are warm, engaging, confident communicators who know how to connect naturally with customers while also being comfortable asking for the sale.

You'll be

- Calling warm leads who have already enquired
- Learning about students' goals and interests
- Recommending suitable courses
- Guiding students through the enrolment process
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Building confidence through ongoing coaching and training

No cold calling involved,



every person you speak to has already expressed interest.

Desired Experience & Qualification

We’re looking for people with a track record in sales, for example:
- Telesales or inbound sales consultants
- Contact centre agents with sales or retention targets
- Education, course or enrolment sales
- Insurance, financial services, telco or solar sales
- Retail sales with a strong conversion record

Package & Remuneration

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers earn well into six figures (ZAR) annually.
- R26,000 per month base salary
- Uncapped commissions (average additional earnings of R10,000–R12,000 per month)
- Comfortable annual earnings of R350,000–R450,000
