About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Report Writer to work in our Wauchope branch, close to Port Macquarie on the NSW Mid North Coast. The role is responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive reports for customer component rebuild work.

Working closely with internal teams, customer and other stakeholders, you will coordinate information from multiple sources, delivering reports that clearly communicate the condition, findings and work associated with customer components.





Key responsibilities include

- Preparing accurate and comprehensive reports for external customer component rebuild work.
- Reviewing technical information and ensuring reports are complete, clear and professionally presented.
- Coordinating workflow across multiple jobs and managing competing priorities.
- Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders to gather and clarify information.
- Identifying discrepancies, resolving issues and following up outstanding information.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation.
- Supporting the efficient flow of component rebuild jobs through the reporting process.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to co-ordinate workflow across multiple jobs
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
- Mechanical aptitude will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Caterpillar parts and machines will be an advantage
- Experience in Caterpillar and Hitachi components will be an advantage
- Experience using Pronto and Cognos will be an advantage
