Temporary position with possibility of extension on a long term ongoing basis/n Your new company /n Our State Government client has an exciting opportunity that exists for an experienced Program Coordinator to join a collaborative research-focused team. This role will provide high-level coordination, reporting and stakeholder support across a range of projects and initiatives. Working closely with researchers, project leads and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for gathering information, coordinating activities and producing high-quality written outputs including reports, briefings and project documentation.
This role will be for an initial 3-month contract, with definite extension for an ongoing arrangement.

- Coordinate and support research and project activities across multiple work streams. /n
- Engage with researchers, project teams and external stakeholders to gather and collate information. /n
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefing papers, presentations and project documentation. /n
- Draft and review written materials for internal and external audiences. /n
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities. /n
- Prepare agendas, record minutes and monitor action items. /n
- Support project governance and maintain accurate project records. /n
- Track project deliverables, milestones and reporting requirements. /n
- Assist with event coordination and broader operational support activities as required. /n
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. /n /n
What you'll need to succeed /n

- Strong report-writing and written communication skills. /n
- Experience within a research, health, government or policy environment. /n
- Exposure to grant-funded projects, research administration or project reporting. /n
- Experience coordinating stakeholder consultations, workshops or engagement activities. /n
- Experience preparing briefing papers, reports, submissions or other formal documentation. /n
- Ability to research, analyse and synthesise information from multiple sources. /n
- Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. /n
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities. /n
- Experience supporting projects, programs or research initiatives. /n
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. /n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. /n
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. /n /n
