Simply Spotless is looking for experienced residential cleaning subcontractors to service clients across Sydney.

We connect independent cleaners and cleaning businesses with residential clients seeking reliable, professional cleaning services.

If you already operate a cleaning business or are an experienced independent cleaner looking for additional clients, we can help you fill gaps in your schedule without having to spend time finding customers or managing bookings.

What We Offer

- Competitive rates: Earn up to $44 per hour, with payments made weekly.

Types of Cleaning Work

We offer a range of residential cleaning opportunities, including:

- Regular weekly and fortnightly house cleaning
- Deep cleaning and spring cleaning
- End-of-lease and bond cleaning
- One-off residential cleaning services

Cleaning opportunities are available seven days a week across Sydney. You can nominate your preferred suburbs, availability and types of cleaning work.





There are no guaranteed minimum hours, and the volume of available work will depend on client demand and your preferences.

Requirements To be considered, you must have:

- At least 12 months of professional residential cleaning experience
- A registered Australian Business Number (ABN)
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current Public Liability Insurance
- A current police check (including for any team members undertaking cleaning services)
- Good English communication skills
- Solid attention to detail, reliability and a professional approach to customer service

Applications from established cleaning businesses and small cleaning teams are welcome.
