About the role

Johnny's Green Room is a lively venue with a great atmosphere, busy services, good drinks, and great food. We're looking for an experienced, energetic Restaurant Manager to keep things running smoothly, bring positive vibes to the floor and lead a team that knows how to have fun while delivering fantastic service.

Key responsibilities

- Leading, motivating and supporting the team through busy services

- Managing rosters, staffing levels and day-to-day operations

- Hosting guests, managing reservations and making sure everyone feels welcome

- Running the floor and keeping service smooth, organised and on point

- Maintaining high service standards while creating a fun, positive team culture

- Working closely with the wider team to keep the venue looking and running its best

About you

- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience is a must

- Strong experience in rostering, floor management, hosting and team leadership





- Organised, proactive and confident making decisions
- A natural people person who loves hospitality and genuinely enjoys looking after guests

- Someone who can stay calm under pressure and lead by example during busy services
- A great communicator with a positive attitude and a valuable sense of humour
