Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, the Restaurant Manager will assist with overseeing the daily operations of the venue, maintaining the high standards of service, driving probability and promoting a positive work workplace. You will have the pleasure of working alongside an established team of professionals who are passionate about our industry and proud to be a part of The Shorehouse experience.

The Role

As a Restaurant Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the restaurant. You'll assist the management team in leading a team of dedicated staff, uphold our high standards of service, and contribute to the continued success of our hospitality group. Your responsibilities will include:

- Motivate,



train, and mentor a diverse team to deliver top-notch customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, following and implementing OHS policies, onboarding and training etc
- Manage labour on shift and contribute to revenue growth.

What we're looking for?

- Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role, ideally as Restaurant Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
- Understanding of food and market trends and sound wine knowledge
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Approved Manager's Card
