Pay: AUD $75,000 – $90,000 per year

The business is committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness and effective restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

- Planning menus in consultation with Chefs.
- Planning and organising special functions.
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
- Selecting,



training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
- Taking reservations, greeting guests and assisting with taking orders where required.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring efficient service.

Qualifications and Experience The successful applicant will ideally have:
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality management role.
