Roman Circus Pty Ltd Renowned for its modern Italian-inspired cuisine, exceptional wine list and vibrant yet refined atmosphere, Vin Populi is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our accomplished team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities: Plan menus in consultation with chefs. Coordinate and organise special functions and events. Manage purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget requirements. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness, functionality and presentation. Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction with meals and service. Select, train and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Assist with reservations, greet guests and provide support to service operations as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
