Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organised store, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
- Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
