Panda Mart Rocklea is looking for friendly and reliable Retail Assistants to join our team.

Main Duties

- Operate cash registers and process cash, card and EFTPOS payments
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers at checkout and answer general enquiries
- Refill and organise stock on shelves
- Pick, move and arrange stock as required
- Assist with loading and unloading goods
- Keep shelves, aisles, checkout counters and work areas clean and tidy
- Help customers find products and provide friendly customer service
- Handle basic customer enquiries and report issues to supervisors
- Assist with other general store duties as required

About You

- Friendly, polite and willing to help customers




- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Comfortable with light physical work, including lifting and moving stock
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Training will be provided
