About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Buyer to manage product sourcing, supplier relationships, purchasing decisions and inventory planning across our retail operations.

The position is primarily based at our Windsor NSW 2756 retail location and supports purchasing and stock coordination across the company's retail stores.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting suitable products, evaluating suppliers, negotiating purchasing terms and ensuring appropriate stock availability across multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, source, evaluate and select consumer electronics, mobile accessories,



automotive electronic accessories, computer products and electronic repair components.
- Identify and evaluate Australian and overseas suppliers based on product quality, pricing, availability, reliability and delivery performance.
- Negotiate purchase prices, minimum order quantities, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Analyse sales performance, inventory levels, stock movement, customer demand and market trends to determine purchasing requirements.
- Select appropriate product ranges and determine purchasing quantities based on sales trends, customer preferences and inventory requirements.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, purchasing records and stock replenishment schedules.
- Coordinate inventory allocation and replenishment across the company's retail locations.
- Monitor new technology releases, emerging accessories, competitor offerings and changing consumer preferences to identify purchasing opportunities.
- Review product performance and recommend products to introduce, replenish, reduce or discontinue.
- Evaluate product specifications, compatibility, functionality and quality to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve purchasing, delivery and product quality issues.
- Maintain accurate supplier information, purchasing documentation and inventory records.
- Work with retail team members to identify product shortages, customer demand and purchasing opportunities.





Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualifications in business, commerce, marketing, supply chain management, procurement or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in retail buying, purchasing, procurement or a closely related commercial role.
- Knowledge of consumer electronics, mobile devices, computer accessories or automotive electronic accessories is highly regarded.
- Strong supplier sourcing, product evaluation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data, inventory movement, product performance and purchasing requirements.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes, inventory management and supplier coordination.
- Strong communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple product categories and coordinate purchasing requirements across retail locations.
